IT Director

The IT Director is responsible for the development and implementation of the organization’s technology strategy. This includes the design, deployment, maintenance and development of the PHT Services, Ltd. website. The IT Director is also responsible for directing and coordinating data and communications resource activities. This includes primary responsibility for determining the best use of technology resources to provide the key link between staff, clients, business allies, strategic allies and other data processing resources.

Claims Consultant

The claims consultant is assigned the responsibility for handling claims of certain PHT members and clients as assigned by the claims supervisor. This individual will have the support of the claims examiner in the day-to-day activities in the claims function.
